You have to try to restore the System if the error arise then Open start and in the search command type services and from the list choose service and click on to continue this service. We can see services windows then scroll the list of services and open the Volume Shadow Copy service. You can choose manually from the Start up type field. Then click on Start button which is below the Services Status and click on services windows and close the program. Again start to create a restore point.
