Method 4: Run Boot time System File Checker Tool and CHKDSK command

Step 1: Insert Windows 10/8/7 bootable disk to PC and restart system.
Step 2: Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Option > Command Prompt
Step 3: Now paste the following command in the command prompt and hit enter.

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
chkdsk c: /r

Step 4: Exit the command prompt and Restart Windows. Most probably you will not get the BSOD error.
