- Start your computer and open ‘My computers.’
- DL:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local copy and paste this on your address bar and press enter.
- As the windows page opens then right click the temp folder and select properties.
- Click on security tab.
- Click on Edit and click Add and then type the user name that you have given and click ok.
- Under the permissions for username tick the full control box and click ok if you have done.
- Again click ok to close the properties.
- Finally try to install the program that you want.
