TCP/IP
Named Pipes

After the configured to enable above these protocols you have still facing error message then you may also try these steps: You should login to the ClearQuest Maintenance Tool and then you can choose the menu option Schema Repository > Update. After that change the server name to reflect the new connection information and open ClearQuest Designer. Now, choose the menu option Databases and go to Update User Database Properties. Lastly, change the server name to reflect the new connection information for all affected user databases.
