As we know that windows are most popular os and its user are also more than any other os users. “Server Execution Failed”
This error message indicates that the server is not supporting because the explorer.exe is missing or damaged. If you not maintain your system in a proper way and the system is infected by virus or other parasites then they can damage the system files and also the explorer.exe file. How to fix this error:-

If you get the error message when you try to start Explorer.exe in Windows 7 then it became compulsory to fix this error otherwise you can’t use the server. The error message “Server execution failed” can be solved by using the hot fix which is provided by Microsoft but before using it there are some conditions which must be fulfill-
i) Windows os must be windows 7, windows server 2008 R2, Windows 7 Service pack 1, Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1(SP1)

ii) Don’t make any changes in the registry file of the system

iii) Restart the system

You can also do the given steps to remove error message when you try to start Explorer.exe in Windows 7 as-
i) Close all programs of the system which are running
ii) Go to Control Panel and open Add/Remove Programs or Programs and Features
iii) Click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer and click on change/Remove option
iv) Click on the option “Restore the earlier windows Configuration and click on OK
v) Click on Yes
vi) Now Restart the system and use the internet explorer
