As we know that windows is the most popular operating system which is used by more than millions of users. Cause of this error:-
If you are getting Stop error in Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 it means that IPSec is not as configured to apply the rules so when you try to apply the rules of IPSec then the system stopped working and an error message occur on the system screen to indicate that something missing so unable to apply rules. If the race condition in TCP/IP driver then you can also get this error. As we know that driver the more responsible parts of the application or softwares so if they are missing or any race condition (Two programs running at same time) then you can get Stop error in Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 while applying the rule of IPSec.

If you want to fix stop error in Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2008 R2 then you have to check the configuration of the system, make sure that there are no race condition in TCP/IP driver if occurs the race condition then stop it. Repair windows and also scan with the help of an updated and latest anti-virus because sometime malicious programs prevent to apply rules. You can also use Microsoft hotfix so restart the system and use it.
