Access is the database which is provided by Microsoft with Microsoft Office. It is one of the best applications of Microsoft which is used to store and manage data. Many application or project uses an access database as a back end of the application so that when you insert data on the web or windows form it stored in the database. When you connect Access database under certain circumstances then the Access driver occurs the error Out of String Space. This error indicates that you have not enough memory or if you run the same query then you may be getting this problem. Since this is a driver error so it is sure that the driver is unable to perform the activities of the query. As we know that the drivers are the most important components of any application so if they missing then you can get the Access driver error-Out of String Space.
How to Fix Out of String Space Error Returned by the Access Driver
Cause of this error:-
If you configure DB1 and DB2 databases to point two Access database and start Access driver 16-bit ODBC test. You make a connection with DB1 and run the query Select 8 from name of the view and also make a connection with DB2 and perform the query Select 8 from table and reconnect DB1 after disconnecting it then when you run the query Select 8 from name of the view is unable to perform the query and gives the error “Out of String Space”. This is the cause of Out of String Space. In this process, you are running the same query which has run before so when the driver get that the program or query has run before and user trying to run again then it gives the access driver error -Out of String Space. When you disconnect DB1 and reconnect it then it became the cause of access driver error-Out of String Space.
Solution to this problem:-
Since the error message is Out of String Space then so it is indicating to the user that you are missing in the query so the drive of Access database is unable to perform it and gives the error so that you may understand and not mistake again. Sometimes it is easy to understand the cause of the error and we solve it easily also because the error message of the problems are as simple that they focus on the actual cause of the problem so we solve them by removing the cause. You can fix the problem as running the query Select 8 from the name of the view without disconnecting it. You can also fix this problem by using 32-bit driver so remove the 16-bit driver and install it.
