First locate the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Fweng\Parameters\DisablePeriodicPortCleaning ,Then you have to select from the Edit menu and click on Modify then type 1 and press ENTER to close the operation.
