You will receive Windows Update error 2 when you install a language pack. For this you might have to do one of the following:
i) If you receive the error after canceling the update, then install the language pack again and do not cancel the installation in the middle.
ii) If you receive the error and have not cancel the update then restart your system and then try to install the language pack again.
